Established in 1993, as a Florida Corporation. Terry B. Cradick and Doug J. Ebbers are owners in the company in partnership. Terry and Doug are actively managing the business along with key employees filling dual responsibilities as General Manager, Estimator and Project Management.

The company currently has an average of
125 employees consisting of a General Superintendent, Project Superintendents, three (3) pipe crews, three (3) base crews and seven (7) concrete crews. Our area of service includes the State of Florida with concentration at this time on the west central area of Florida. We are licensed as a General Contractor and Underground Utility Contractor with the State of Florida and are pre-qualified with the FDOT, and local municipalities.

We manage $25-$30 million in sales annually and will continue to achieve this by our commitment to meet the Owner’s expectations of service. Our company has a clear vision to serve as a model of quality and production for other construction companies in our area as well as providing a unique employee culture for a secure, satisfying workplace.

Our concentration is currently in pipeline, concrete work and roadway construction specifically we have expertise in storm drainage, water, sewer, curb, walks, slip forming traffic trail, barrier walls and other specialty concrete work; earthwork, grading, base and stabilization operations. Besides having expertise in these areas, the type of work was chosen as being those best facilitated by the close supervision of a small company.

Pepper Contracting is located in Clearwater, Florida, on the West Coast, and is approximately 20 miles from Tampa.
