About Us:

Pepper Contracting Services, Inc. was established in 1993, as a Florida Corporation. Terry B. Cradick and Doug J. Ebbers are owners in the company in partnership.

Terry and Doug are actively managing the business along with key employees’ responsibilities as Construction Manager, Projects Manager(s) & Estimator(s), General Superintendent and Trades Supervisors.

Pepper Contracting Services, Inc. currently has an average of 180 employees consisting of our management team, (10) earthwork, grading, base and MOT crews; (7) pipe crews, (9) concrete and structure crews.

Our area of service includes the State of Florida with concentration at this time on the west central area of Florida. We are licensed as a General Contractor and Underground Utility Contractor with the State of Florida and are pre-qualified with the FDOT, and local municipalities.

We manage $35-$40 million in sales annually and will continue to achieve this by our commitment to meet the Owner’s expectations of service. Our company has a clear vision to serve as a model of quality and production for other construction companies in our area as well as providing a unique employee culture for a secure, satisfying workplace.
